Mr. Lunsford was assigned to my department to provide assistance when we transferred from paper charting to an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Being an "old school" nurse and not having fully embraced the computer world personally, I was looking at this transition with a jaded eye. Rashid's knowledge of the EMR system and his patient, professional, gentle manner helped take a lot of the stress away from me and allowed me to understand and learn.
